Evolve Omega Mentorship Program: Our mentorship program provides business consulting services aimed at helping clients grow and manage their digital businesses. Community Loyalty Software: Our software assists clients with their digital business marketing plans by providing tools and strategies for community engagement and loyalty building.
4. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
5. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
To access certain features of our Services, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and any activities or actions under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
6. USE OF SERVICES
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use our Services:

7. FEES AND PAYMENT
Evolve Omega Mentorship Program: The fees for the mentorship program are as follows:
Evolve Omega Core: $1,000/month
Evolve Omega Elite: $2,550/month
Evolve Omega Lux: $5,000/month
Community Loyalty Software: Fees for the software will be outlined in the separate software agreement provided upon subscription.
You agree to pay all fees or charges to your account in accordance with the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable. Late payments may incur additional charges as outlined in the billing terms.
8. NO REFUNDS POLICY
ACCESS AND PAYMENT:
Upon receiving access to the portal and software provided by Eye To Eye Media LLC, specifically the communityloyalty.io platform under the Evolve Omega membership, and the completion of the initial payment via Stripe following the onboarding call, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms stated herein.
NO REFUNDS:
Once the initial payment has been made and access to the portal and software has been granted, NO REFUNDS WILL BE ACCEPTED under any circumstances. This policy applies to all fees and charges associated with the Evolve Omega membership and any other services provided through the communityloyalty.io platform.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT:
By making the initial payment and using the services provided by Eye To Eye Media LLC, the customer confirms their understanding and acceptance of this no-refund policy.
ENFORCEMENT:
This policy is governed by the laws of Washington State, USA, and is enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Intellectual Property
The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by the Company, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use.

You acknowledge that during the course of your engagement with us, you may have access to confidential and proprietary information of the Company. You agree to keep such information confidential and not to disclose it to any third party.
